As I sit here alone,
With pain in my heart,
Wondering why it has to be so,
The sun is shining,
what a beautiful day
to be out getting the
clean fresh air.
And still I feel alone.
I have my friends and family
to get me through the day.
The tears come and go
but the pain in my heart
stays on, why should
that be so?
Where have I gone wrong,
to be suffering so?
I will take a walk today
and hope my tears don't show.
So I can get through each day,
And hope no one knows,
How lonely I feel
on this bright sunny day.
